This page explains the return process, exceptions, and refund timelines for purchases made through The VA Store. It is written to give clear expectations before purchase and after delivery.

You can request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.
Custom, made-to-measure, personalized, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. For hygiene reasons, worn or visibly used items cannot be accepted.
Email sales@stylingbyva.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for return. We will respond with return instructions and the return address. Do not ship items back before receiving confirmation.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. The VA Store is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
After your return is delivered and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing time can vary depending on your payment provider.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact sales@stylingbyva.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We will review the case and provide a replacement, repair, or refund when applicable.
